A Collector Ticket with Envelope is a special souvenir item, featuring a unique design for your event. By purchasing a Collector Ticket with Envelope, you can keep a tangible reminder of your experience and show off your support for your favourite artist or event.

The Collector Ticket with Envelope is a keepsake only and does not serve as entry to the event.

The Collector Ticket will be handed to you upon scanning your e-ticket at the entrance. If our ticketing crew overlooks this, kindly show your e-ticket as proof of purchase and inform them.
Please take note:

• All Collector Tickets must be collected before 9:30 PM on event day.
• No delivery or alternative collection methods will be available.
• Refunds or compensation will not be provided in the event of:
  • Uncollected Collector Tickets
  • Failure to attend the event for any reason

How to purchase tickets?

1. Click your desired category from the tab below (for example CAT 2).
2. Click your desired block/section from the layout (for example Block 110).
3. For VIP, CAT 1, CAT 2, CAT 3 and CAT 4, please select your preferred seat by clicking on the available seat. Please do not leave a gap in your selection, the event organiser reserves the right to move your seat.
4. For CAT 5, CAT 6, and CAT 7 (Free Seating), please select your ticket quantity from the dropdown menu.
5. After choosing your seat or selecting your ticket quantity, you'll be directed to the next page where you can select your ticket type:
   1. Presale/Regular
   2. Presale/Regular + Collector Ticket.
   Please make sure to choose the desired option before proceeding.
6. Please always check the pricing before you proceed. Any changes after a successful purchase will not be entertained.
